1. Introduction and Acceptance

6. Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on 5pk365 are subject to acceptance at the discretion of the platform. 5pk365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, including after a bet has been placed, in cases of suspected irregular activity, system error, or odds pricing error.

Odds displayed on 5pk365 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet slip is confirmed constitute the agreed odds for that wager. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time, including immediately before or after a key match event.

In the event a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the settlement of related bets will be determined by 5pk365's specific sport rules applicable to the affected market. Generally, if an event is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

For Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets, ICC events, and domestic Pakistani cricket competitions, 5pk365 follows the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC) as the basis for settling all betting markets. Any subsequent changes to official results will not alter settled bets unless 5pk365 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.
